How soon can you pickup my vehicle?
Typically we can arrange for pickup of your vehicle within 2-3 days.
How long does car transport take?

It all depends on how far your vehicle is being transported, the schedule of the particular carrier and the weather, of course.

  • East Coast to West Coast – takes approximately 7-14 days
  • Mid-West to East Coast – takes approximately 5-8 days
  • North to South – takes approximately 5-8 days
Can you arrange door to door service for my vehicle?
Door to door service means that the auto transport carrier will pick up and make delivery of your vehicle as close to your designated destination as possible. Because of the size of the vehicles, however, please keep in mind that certain roads, bridges, overhangs, etc. may make door to door delivery impossible. But we will get as close as possible.
May I schedule a time for my vehicle to be picked up or delivered?
If you contact us with sufficient notice, we will do our best to meet your particular needs; however, we cannot guarantee specific times or dates, since all carriers work within windows of availability (approximated delivery times).
Do I have to be present when you pickup and/or deliver my vehicle?
If at all possible, we prefer that you are present when the vehicle is picked up and delivered to expedite a smooth hand-off. If you cannot be present, please assign someone to represent you who is willing to sign a release form upon pick-up or delivery.
What is the best way to prepare my car for transport?

Please see our outline below:
PREPARING YOUR VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORT

  • If your car is in working condition*, ensure that there is adequate antifreeze and gas, and that your battery is charged.
  • Take note of any damage. It doesn’t hurt to take some quick photos of your car and any existing damage.
  • Turn off all alarm systems.
  • Take care to remove any personal belongings and any luxury or decorative items which are removable (i.e. spoilers, mirrors, fog lights).
  • Secure all items that you are leaving in the car.
  • Lower or remove antennas.
  • Make a list of all secured items you have on/inside car so that you can quickly check your list upon pickup. Be sure to clean out your vehicle as best as possible. Using your car as a moving container (i.e. packing it with household items, is not permitted).

*Cars that are not in working condition should be brought to our attention so that we can make the appropriate arrangements to move your vehicle.
